They told us to come at 12 noon and arrived at 8 pm, and were very friendly. But after we paid them and they left, we walked around the block and saw that they had hidden the bulkiest items they had promised to take to the recycling center: two sofas, the refrigerator… If they kept their word, they might be recommendable, but in my case, they weren't.

The truth is, I absolutely cannot recommend them. Everything that could go wrong with a small move of a sofa bed and mattress did, or worse. First of all, the service was quite poor. While they seemed professional the first time, they then stopped answering the phone and WhatsApp messages. We scheduled a day, and after calling several times, they finally arrived hours late. I chose them despite having cheaper offers because they were closer to home (they charged me €80 vs. €60 from other companies). They took advantage of this proximity to move the sofa bed and mattress along the street without any protection. This resulted in the terrible condition they left it in, which you can see in the photos. Payment is cash only. I encourage anyone to file a tax complaint with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) (easily accessible on their website) to ensure they file their tax returns correctly. After contacting them about the poor result, they told me they would send someone to clean it (who never showed up). After complaining that the cleaning person hadn't come, they told me they would send me a small refund of €10 via Bizum (which they never did). In conclusion, a complete disaster (NOT RECOMMENDED).
