An absolute disaster. Unprofessional. So many things were broken: dishes, glassware, paintings, a table, picture frames... We had to repaint the walls, which were freshly painted, and wooden doors were damaged when we removed the furniture. And on top of that, they don't respond to the damages. If they do, I'll let you know, but I'm still waiting...

The worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I filed the following complaint and they never responded, so now I've taken legal action. I'm attaching a copy of my complaint. Beware of hiring this company; they are extremely unprofessional and completely shameless. On the 26th at 8:25 a.m., they arrived at my home in a small truck and a van, with a team of five people, and began the move. They realized the truck wasn't big enough for the job, so they loaded and unloaded the items in various ways, trying to maximize efficiency. However, this resulted in excessive handling and damage to all the items due to the need to force them into a space that was far too small. In the end, the move was completed with two van trips and one truck trip, resulting in a chaotic assembly process filled with complaints and hurtful criticism of their own company. There were also careless, unprofessional, and poorly handled items, leaving many pieces unassembled and still packed, pieces that were incorrectly assembled, damage from handling, and damage to the outgoing property (scratches on the flooring and dirt and scratches on the walls), as well as scratches on the flooring of the incoming property. As I informed you last Monday, when I submitted the preliminary claim via this channel, almost all the furniture has been damaged or broken (wall clock, large bedroom dresser, top bunk bed panel, living room sideboard, both leather armchairs, living room TV stand, kitchen cupboard). The walls of the outgoing apartment have been stained, the hardwood floors in both apartments have been scratched, furniture has been left unassembled (kitchen sideboard, drawers in the living room TV stand), screws from the bunk bed have been lost, the living room fan has been broken, and the doors of the American-style refrigerator and the living room sideboard have been incorrectly reassembled. All of this is being assessed by an expert. In any case, in order to submit a formal claim, and as it is essential to present a monetary valuation, the amounts are detailed below. Needless to say, I have documentary evidence and photographs of all the amounts and damages described here. In addition to everything described above, the behavior of your employees has left much to be desired. They ate at my house, where I lent them a teak table which they left stained with oil and rice. I had to clean it myself, and it was left marked where the food scraps fell. They smoked in my patio, throwing cigarette butts into my flowerpots. They used my bathroom, leaving it filthy without the slightest regard for the consequences. I had to constantly chase after everyone to get them to do their jobs. They would leave without reassembling the furniture they had taken apart (which they eventually did, because obviously I can't be everywhere at once). The service was appalling. I had to remind them to be careful, explain how they should handle objects, and so on. I would just add that your lack of response to my previous requests only demonstrates that this was not an isolated incident, an unfortunate event unrelated to your normal business. If it were, you would have responded immediately, showing interest in what happened and going out of your way to resolve the situation as best you could. The situation, especially since the activity is supposed to be insured (both according to your budget and your invoice), which would imply that none of this should affect you, and you should take into account the kind of staff you sent to my house, but it turns out that you intend to wash your hands of it, which you shouldn't do.
