A terrible experience with this moving company. During the move, they accidentally scratched my TV screen, leaving a completely white area. The TV was in perfect condition beforehand, but their response was that, being 10 years old, "these things happen when TVs are old," avoiding taking responsibility for damage clearly caused by mishandling. Furthermore, they scratched all my furniture and broke my sofa bed, demonstrating a complete lack of care and professionalism. When it came time to file an insurance claim, just for the TV, I didn't file any further claims, and they still didn't act responsibly or offer any assistance. This company is careless, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility for the damage it causes. I do not recommend them. Edit after your response: It's deplorable that you justify everything your employees do wrong. I hope an inspection will hold them accountable someday, because no, sir, not everything is acceptable. Your response is laughable.

Neither economical nor professional. The experience was very disappointing. We hired Nicolás and his company to carry out our house move, including disassembly, transport, and assembly of the furniture. After everything was loaded onto the truck, they informed us that they would not carry out assembly in the new home, despite that service being included in the quote. In the end, they left the living room furniture uninstalled, poorly assembled drawers, and a wardrobe with sliding doors that didn't work. In addition, they damaged a lacquered dresser and the living room floor, which was left with two dents. We expected professional and careful service, but the result was very negative. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious and responsible move.
