2 years agoThis is truly the best moving service. In fact, this is the second time we've used them, and it's been spectacular. They packed everything carefully and very quickly. I 100% recommend Mr. Nelson and Cristian; they are truly wonderful people and very professional. We will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

2 years agoExcellent service! They took everything down very quickly and the next day delivered it to the new house and reassembled it on site. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommended. Special mention to José and Cristian for their great work. Thank you!!

a year agoEverything went very well until you had a problem. We moved with them, and initially, everything was fine with the workers. When it came to unloading at the destination, everything wasn't so smooth, as they charged for the ford service and didn't hire it. They parked the truck in the accessible parking space. Afterwards, when we inspected the moving items, we found several damaged items and filed a complaint. After 3 months, we're still waiting for a response. They don't answer WhatsApp or pick up the phone. If everything goes well, the reviews are good. If you have a problem, forget about getting it fixed or getting a response. They ignore you. And then they give the employees a bonus if they get customers to leave them a positive review on Google or social media, when it's the company itself that's terrible with its after-sales service. They're rubbish. I wouldn't hire them again.
