From Santiago, through Pedro, and not forgetting the others: Carlos, Lorenzo, Jari, Jonathan, and James... A truly outstanding job. Moving is usually a stressful experience, but with this company, you can forget all about the hassle. They pack with care, load and unload incredibly fast, and in no time, you're putting everything away.
A nightmare. Not recommended at all. Complete lack of professionalism.
Not a company I would recommend. Very unprofessional. When removing the furniture, they dragged a wardrobe along the floor. They returned it damaged.
Villalba Moving Company (Vilmutrans S.L.): Our belongings have gone missing and they refuse to take responsibility. Furthermore, they charged us twice for the same service (one month of storage) and won't refund the overcharge.
The move was a disaster, and it certainly wasn't cheap. Everything was just thrown into boxes, they broke several things. During the move, we only saw that they'd screwed a screw through the desk. They took it away to fix it, and it took them over a month to return it, even after I asked for it back several times. And to top it off... they repaired it badly. The service after the move was terrible. The woman who answered the phone couldn't have been ruder or more unpleasant. If you value your belongings, I don't recommend hiring them at all, because they destroy half your things and then wash their hands of it. Never again!
