On the positive side, the storage unit is clean and easily accessible. Otherwise, my experience has been quite disappointing. I had to wait 25 minutes just to see the storage unit. When I tried to book it online, the confirmation button didn't work, and three separate contracts were generated for the same price. The first day I took my things there, I noticed that within the same storage unit category (small), there were some slightly larger and empty units. I contacted them to ask if I could switch. Apparently—and this isn't mentioned on the website—the price varies within the same category, and they have internal price ranges, automatically assigning the smallest unit to the displayed price (a questionable system if they want to be customer-focused). After speaking with the manager (who removed the duplicate contracts), he confirmed that he had also removed the largest unit within that same category. In other words, what I requested was something I could have easily booked, and it would have given me more space if they had considered the customer experience and provided me with all the necessary information. I would have understood if they had high occupancy, but it was empty. I suppose it's better to have a potentially empty storage unit than a client who intended to stay for more than two years. Competition isn't just about price, but also about customer service.
