Fantastic service, swift communication and if you cannot accomplish everything online it can be done at the premises. The paperwork takes a little time to complete but after this is completed, everything worked very well for us, including the exit and conclusion of the contract

Excellent storage facility, very clean and definitely a professional outfit. I appreciate the out-of-hours access. So while you may see that the office is open a certain number of hours, you can actually access the premises from 6:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. You use a mobile application in order to unlock the various doors. The trolleys are very useful. The lift in order to get up to the different floors is massive, so do not fear if you're on a different level as moving your items up and down in the lift is actually quite easy. Remember to bring a one euro coin in order to use the trolleys. You have to put a one euro coin into the trolley in order to unlock it, which you get back after you return the trolley. Overall, very pleasant. Chema has been super helpful throughout the process of renting the unit. Looking forward to using their removal service when it's time to move the goods out of the unit.

Outstanding storage close to Madrid airport. The friendly staff and wonderful facility made the whole process very easy. We were able to leave a lot of excess luggage here and continue our travels. The app allows you to access the storage unit at any time up till 11pm. Could not thank the staff enough for all their help.

The service was great. They were kind, polite and straight to the point. I went there confused and a little lost because my aunt was the one who arranged all of it but they helped me understand really quickly and efficiently. They walked me through all the steps and I came out of it no problem. Was very quick.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the reception at OhMyBox, Zhema and Dana made us feel incredibly welcome. They were both so warm and accommodating, which immediately put us at ease. The office itself is spacious and clean, and it made the whole process even more comfortable. We were so happy to get our storage unit sorted out quickly and smoothly. What made things even easier for us is that both Zhema and Dana speak excellent English, which was a huge help since we only speak a little Spanish. Their friendliness and professionalism really made a difference—thank you both!
