Finally i found a cheaper storage.Elena is nice and has lot of patience to explain and she quickly response when i have something to ask.Thanks to you.:) My friends.put there things in this company for yeara thats why they highly recommend it to me.its cheap and your things is secured.i give you more than 5 star!!!! 🙂🙂

Very satisfied with the OhMyBox Locker Experience. The service was pretty straightforward, the staff was extremely friendly across all stages of the contract. Will highly recommend this to anyone looking for using a locker for their storage. 10/10

There were ups and downs. The main “up” is that our stuff was stored and locked until we needed it at the end of the summer. We had trouble getting into our storage container dropping off AND coming back to pick up. We drove to Madrid to leave our supplies and the entire place was locked. We were on the phone for close to an hour before we could get in with the code they gave us to get in after hours. Our container was also double locked upon arrival. In both situations, the customer service was kind and easy to work with. Could have been a smoother experience, but successful overall.

The services are good. Oscar helped us to understand the terms and condition. He explained it very well. Even tho its cheap you can see the place is very neat. Theres a lot of CCTV so you will be bothered because the things are safe. I hope those actions and services would not change. Thank you oh my box

Great company and very helpful. I was stressing a lot about moving from one city to another so it’s definitely highly appreciated when the service is this smooth and easy. All the conditions are mentioned before you sign the contract so not sure why some people complained, especially about the cancellation
