I went to help with a move and the person in charge had terrible manners, to the point of insulting me. I would never go to this storage unit again, as it's clear the girl doesn't like her job at all and speaks very rudely to her customers. Now I understand all the previous reviews.
Terrible service! When I went to return the keys, the woman who helped me argued that she'd given me four keys when there were only three 🙄. She only gave me €20 of the €30 deposit, claiming that's how it was recorded in the system. I didn't have the contract with me at the time, so when I got home, I looked it up and it was €30, not €20. 😤😤😤
I join all the honest people who leave reviews about the terrible service at this place! I'm giving one star because it's the minimum allowed. Terrible service Rude Irresponsible They're never there ZERO PROFESSIONAL And on top of that, they kept the security deposit. You need it more, I'll give it to you. Let's see if you can pay for a customer service program with that.
Terrible customer service. I don't understand why the woman who answers this number "914 135 203" answers calls if she doesn't know how to deal with customers looking for information. I only called to ask for information. I called back and in a very bad tone, she told me that I had already called. I told her yes, that I wanted to go see it, but that I noticed very poor service from them, and she hung up on me. I literally live next door to the storage unit on Avenida América and I would NEVER consider hiring them. I do not recommend them.
I called to inquire about a storage unit about three weeks ago. They told me at the time that they didn't have the space I needed and kept my number to call me when one became available. After a few weeks, despite seeing all the negative reviews, I thought, "Okay, let's call and ask if they've had a storage unit open and missed calling me." I called, but no one answered. After a while, they called me back, and I thought, "Great, this is looking good." I started the conversation with, "We're interested in a storage unit there." To which she replied, "You've already called, haven't you?" And I said, "Yes, once..." She simply said, "I ALREADY EXPLAINED IT TO YOU BEFORE..." in a rude, annoying tone. At that point, I hung up on her. I know I acted badly, but I just didn't want this level of service today. I don't understand these attitudes, really. Please don't even try. Go somewhere else, as I'm unfortunately going to have to do. I see that someone replied to me below, and you really have the wrong person. I called twice: once to request a quote, and a second time several weeks later to check if there was a storage unit available the size I needed, and they had forgotten to call me back. I'm not competition; my name is Natalia Roldan, as it says in my profile. I'm just someone who needed a storage unit and received poor service. Yes, I was rude, as I already mentioned in the review, because I hung up on them after such bad service, but the rest isn't true.
