a year agoI didn't like how they handled this. They told me to ring the bell as soon as I arrived and that someone would let me in, but I waited half an hour until a customer finally came in. They called me while I was inside looking at the storage units, and the person on the other end suddenly hung up on me. Then a different person messaged me on WhatsApp. I sent photos via WhatsApp of the storage units I was interested in, and they asked me again which unit it was (street). After quoting me one price, it turned out to be a different one. To top it all off, there were two different-sized storage units, and they told me they were the same size, even though I took the photos. In short, a very bad experience.
