I've had a storage unit here for a few months now, and overall it's fine. There's a trolley to help out (although I have my own), but there's no ladder, for example, for common use. Regarding cleanliness, the place is quite good; it's generally very clean (one morning I saw two men from a cleaning company arrive in a van to clean the premises). The BIG PROBLEM is that some of us have to spend many hours there sometimes, moving furniture or doing tasks with our stored items, and sometimes we need to use the bathroom, and THERE IS NO BATHROOM. In this type of place, it's essential, and space isn't an issue. There's an ideal spot between two storage units with a window facing the outside (between units 76 and 77, the one in the photo). There, a small restroom could be built, not only for using the bathroom or getting a drink of water and washing up, but also for filling the mop bucket and cleaning the storage unit or the outside if we get it dirty. Please take this into account, it's very necessary, and we already know quite a few people in those storage units. I've stayed in other orange storage units and they had bathrooms. Otherwise, it's fine. :)
