Wonderful!! If you need a place to store your luggage for a period of time! They will collect it at your place of residence and bring it to you or you can collect it at their location in Madrid. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Best customer experience I've had in Spain, Carlota was so nice she gave us a ride from and to the bus station so we don't have to walk with our bags. Also after searching a lot for the best prices in Madrid I found that they were the cheapest and they also have a discount for students on top of that. I stored a suitcase here for just over a month while I travelled around Europe. Their 1 meter x 1 meter storage space was perfect! The facility was secure and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to set up everything from the USA before my trip. I compared as many storage places as I could, and they had the best pricing that I could find. I highly recommend this business!
