I store two bikes, skis, canoes... there, no problem. They help you with loading and unloading if you need it, and they can also transport things to and from you since they have a delivery service.
I also hired them for a transportation service and they took all my things from my house to the storage room.
They always help me take things out and put them in the storage room as indicated in their service.
After my move I had to store a lot of junk and furniture, I liked their service, I called and they showed me the facilities, for the price they have it's great!
I wouldn't give it a zero if I could. The treatment we received this Saturday morning to view and rent a storage unit was the most humiliating and racist I've ever experienced, especially considering the person assisting us was Colombian or Dominican. First, we walked in confused because there were no signs indicating storage units. We asked the receptionist, and she told us it was there. We asked where to park, and she reluctantly and vaguely pointed us in the right direction. Since the directions weren't clear, we ended up in a place that was apparently being painted. Then, in a very arrogant tone, she said she hadn't directed us there. Continuing with the receptionist, she spoke to us rudely and made us wait unnecessarily long. We went to see the storage units with her, and she didn't even know their dimensions. She started measuring with her feet, saying, "This is four steps, therefore four meters" (a very scientific method). The largest storage unit she showed us wasn't even the 7 square meters we had requested over the phone. We asked about the price, and she said she didn't know the prices for the storage units. We went back to reception, and she started looking at an Excel spreadsheet, pulled out a calculator, and told us €90 for the storage unit without VAT, even though we had spoken to someone else on the phone who told us €80 without VAT. When I told her that wasn't the price, she got flustered and started calling a phone number to confirm what I was saying, making me doubt myself. After all that nonsense, I got in my car and left. Luckily, I was with my wife, and she had the same impression, so no one can say I'm lying in the review. With a receptionist like that—unfriendly, clueless about what she's selling, and doesn't know the price—it would have been better to have a mannequin at reception. I could also talk about the storage units, but I understand they're very cheap, and some people find them useful; they didn't work for me. I didn't like the facilities, and it didn't seem very clean (there was water on the floor of one of the storage units). Well, you get what you pay for. Comparing this storage company to companies like Bluespace is like comparing night and day.
