Excellent option in terms of service and price. I stored some furniture for three months and everything went very well. Everything was done online; they contacted me, quickly scheduled an appointment, and came to pick up the furniture. When I requested its return, it was the same process—quick arrangements and they even brought it inside. Much cheaper than any other moving company or transport service. And all the arrangements were done online. I recommended them to a family member, and they were also delighted.
I called this service to pick up my things from my dorm, store them for a few days, and then take them to an apartment. They kept me waiting all morning to pick them up, and they didn't show up until 6:00 PM, despite calling several times to inquire. When they came to drop them off, they also kept me waiting all morning, and when they arrived in the afternoon, they hadn't brought two pieces of furniture. They said they would bring them later, and I informed them I wouldn't be able to pick them up for another two months. They replied that it was no problem, but after two months, they wanted to charge me for the storage fee. I had to argue with them because it was their mistake. Once that problem was resolved, it took several weeks to schedule a date for them to bring me the missing pieces. When they finally did, it turned out they didn't bring one piece of furniture because, according to them, it had been broken during the move. It was an IKEA piece of furniture, and they asked me to email them with the model so they could send me a new one. I've sent them six emails, in the last few asking if they wouldn't deliver the furniture at least to refund my money. None of them have been answered. Personally, I find the lack of professionalism incredible. I don't recommend the company to anyone, and if you want to avoid problems and headaches, I'd avoid it.

When they were supposed to pick up our things, they made us wait at home all day, and they finally didn't arrive until 9:30 PM. The customer service representative always blamed us for everything and never took responsibility for the company's mistakes. Furthermore, when our things arrived, several items were broken, even though we had marked everything as "fragile." I've attached a photo of several broken items. The toaster no longer works :( If you want to avoid a nightmare, avoid this company.
!!DONT USE THE SERVICE!! Extremely unprofessional and unable to do the job. Sent my whole furniture to the wrong apartment and asked me to pick it up myself. Asked them for simple information and were not able to do so. Employees don’t seem to know what they are doing and they didn’t comply with the contract we signed. Wanted the money upfront and afterwards they will not refund any money. TAKE CARE!!!
I cancelled my subscription over two months ago, and they still charge me the monthly fee. I've already instructed my bank to return all payments from this company. They tried to charge me a penalty for cancelling with less than 15 days' notice, even though I gave 17 days' notice. Every time I needed something, they never showed up when they said they would. I had to constantly chase them down, and they kept making me wait. When they finally delivered my belongings, they tried to charge me €60 for travel, claiming it was company policy to charge that amount for deliveries within 30 km of the M-30 ring road. Luckily, I had the contract with me, and it clearly stated that deliveries were free throughout the province of Madrid. The best part is that they delivered several items broken, and some weren't even delivered at all, like a rug, a bag with a nursing pillow, and two small pieces of furniture. I've been trying to get my things for over a month, and they keep telling me they'll send them next week, but nobody's shown up. The next step is to file a police report since I have emails where they admit that items are missing. This company is a complete disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. All the positive reviews they have are probably from friends; it's a company run by young people.
