Let me tell you about my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... My husband and I reserved a storage unit and decided to go directly to the notary to sign the deed. On the day of the notary appointment, we were met with nothing but surprises regarding who the real owners were. The unit wasn't independent, as we had been told, but rather a proportional share of a commercial space. My husband is a doctor and I'm a teacher; we're not geniuses, but we're certainly not stupid. BEWARE OF ANDRÉS... who, by the way, claims to be a lawyer, an engineer, and even an architect... Goodness, what a mess he can make.

I don't recommend this company. The information they give is unrealistic... they say they're selling you an independent storage unit, but what they're really selling you is a joint ownership... That's not an independent property, and the salesperson tells you to pay for the storage unit, to use it, but that they can't go to the notary until they sell everything... but what's that?! I don't buy anything that isn't an independent property with all kinds of licenses... that's another matter... who knows if they have licenses... anyway... NO COMMENTS
