Communication with them was difficult once you had already accepted the service. They failed to meet the delivery date (shared move, claiming the other client had canceled). They finally delivered the shared move with Madrid several days late, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays, even though they had been notified that we wouldn't be home the week of Christmas Eve. Two ceramic pieces were broken, and a good quality wooden desk in excellent condition (made by a cabinetmaker) was poorly assembled, damaged, and had several loose splinters—some of which were missing. The file support brackets for a chest of drawers were also missing. The driver who did the Oviedo/Alicante and return trip did it alone, without a support driver. We had a terrible time unloading all the boxes to hand them to the truck driver. That person was very professional and refused to assemble the desk because he didn't know how to do it properly. We didn't have a signed contract outlining the moving details, only the estimate. The company did not respond adequately; they simply paid us for the replacements with an invoice (the desk will never be the same again 😰).
