Unacceptable! They broke a ton of my glassware, they were rude... they have it all... I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They charge by the box and the boxes arrived half empty, the glass was just thrown loose in the same box as wine bottles, for example... everything was broken. They refused to load items that weren't on the list when I told them it wasn't a fixed list and I had no problem paying more. Completely unacceptable from the first minute to the last... (edit after reply) On top of that, they called me a liar... unacceptable... you are unacceptable... the service you promise is a lie, not the reviews.

If you want to get rid of furniture quickly, this is the ideal company. A few weeks ago, I asked them for a quote and hired them for the move I had to do. They must have been in a hurry that day because one of them smashed the top of the living room table and tried to leave without saying anything, unfortunately, we noticed. Added to this were all the knocks they took to the washing machine. I'm still waiting for a solution. It doesn't end there. Yesterday, when we looked at the closet in one of the bedrooms they had left for us in the storage room, we saw it was also destroyed.
