8 months agoI've been using it for several months now, and honestly, it would be 5 stars if it had a driveway for easy access and unloading. Everything else is 10/10. You can sign up online and access your storage unit in 30 minutes. It's clean, spacious, and everything is done online. It's available 24/7, which makes everything much easier. The app is great, and overall, they seem very secure. As I mentioned, the driveway access is important, and improvements would include the ability to cancel the subscription through the app, switch to a different storage unit, or change the associated payment card.

9 months agoImpeccable facilities, very convenient digital access, and excellent customer service. I've been with them for several months and haven't had a single problem. Highly recommended.

2 months agoI've been renting a storage unit since March/April. Today I emptied it and it was full of rat droppings and urine. I had to throw away my daughter's bed because it was eaten by rats and covered in droppings. I still have to unpack the boxes to see if I don't get a nasty surprise. It's shameful, especially paying almost €80 a month.

3 months agoThe exterior doors won't open. It's happened to me four times. And it smells strongly of a rat's nest.
