Terrible customer service and pricing. First, on the day of the job, they called me 45 minutes before the agreed time to say they couldn't come after all because they'd gotten caught up in another job. Second, after the dismantling was finished, they tried to charge me more than we had agreed upon. I finally refused to pay more and ended up paying the agreed price (€60 for two people with a truck, one hour, excluding VAT). Then, when I asked for an explanation of the two hours I was charged for, they told me that one of those two hours was spent traveling to my house (which is actually an 8-minute drive from their shop, although they had already told me they were coming from another job) and doing the work (which took approximately 40 minutes). They also told me that the other hour was spent disposing of the furniture at the recycling center (which is 15 minutes from my house). Even though it was only an hour and a bit of work, considering the time it took to unload the furniture from the truck at the recycling center, the two hours I was charged for don't add up. Furthermore, when I called the worker to find out where the two hours came from, he spoke to me arrogantly, refusing to give any explanation and in a rude manner. A huge disappointment.
