We did a big move with Lidon from a semi-detached house—it was two houses joined together. It was so big that it took three days to complete, plus another day for delivery to the new address. The team is exceptional. Five people did our move and six for the delivery. They were incredibly fast, efficient, observant, and worked with a great sense of humor. They were resourceful, very patient, and worked incredibly hard and with enthusiasm. They also understand the emotional impact of leaving a home of many years. They did the delivery spectacularly, in just a few hours. Access for bulky furniture was difficult, but they handled it without a problem, using their strength, teamwork, and incredible power—they were like acrobats! Gonzalo organized the operation, was involved in everything, and rearranged everything as many times as necessary to ensure it was in the best possible condition. He has a great rapport with older people, understanding that it's a stressful situation and managing to relax you, leaving you calm and happy. I was impressed by her memory; she remembered exactly which wardrobe, for example, a plastic bag with various items, came from, and where all the furniture had been placed in the previous house—even though 16 days had passed between pickup and delivery! Pedro, another of the managers, was also very effective and efficient. He treated us very well and noticed that one of our pieces of furniture had woodworm. He recommended that we return it to the warehouse for treatment. He was very patient with my elderly parents. Everything arrived intact, very well packaged, and there were some very delicate pieces with great sentimental value. In short, congratulations to the whole team for such excellent work! I recommend them 100%!
