Since my previous review wasn't published, I'm posting it again... Terrible. In fact, I haven't recommended it to anyone and I've warned everyone I know. Three years ago, they gave me very bad service, and to top it off, when I called to complain, the manager was incredibly arrogant.

About three months ago, we moved with them, and it was a disaster. Two broken closet backs, several pieces of furniture damaged, a poorly fitted sliding closet door that left a mark on the back door... One of the workers treated another terribly, yelling at him, etc. I would never recommend them...

We recently had a move done, and while I must say they worked tirelessly except for lunch breaks, we're unhappy with several things: 1. They transported our mattress (purchased just a few months ago) in a cover that was torn and stained in several places. When they were packing it and I saw it, I pointed it out to the workers, but they ignored me and dragged it along the floor. When I spoke to the manager afterward, he didn't apologize, and they didn't take responsibility for cleaning it or offer any discount on the moving fee for the cost of cleaning it. 2. A puzzle we had framed (and glued before framing, of course) arrived partially destroyed. 3. A dresser arrived with a dent on one side. 4. They didn't calculate the budget correctly because we had many closets full of things (mainly clothes), and we emptied and moved 70-75% of the contents of the closets ourselves, along with some small furniture. They only deducted €80 because, according to them, that was "very little" and they would have "done it quickly." I only told the manager about the mattress; I didn't mention the rest because, seeing that they didn't do anything about the mattress, I assumed they wouldn't do anything about the rest either. So, although they worked all day and seemed very nice, we wouldn't move with them again, since they didn't resolve the problems that arose, and not all of them seemed like good professionals. It's not just about doing your job, but about doing it well and, if you damage something, taking responsibility for it.
