Clean spaces and friendly staff, thanks Monica!

I've had an excellent experience with Extra room. The staff are vey helpful, the prices are good and everything is clean and extremely professional. 10/10 and absolutely recommendable.

Roberto was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me moved everything into the storage unit and explained the contracts and details with me. I am an English native speaker and he was so patient with the language difficulties. Not to mention the space is clean and spacious. Great pricing and size! I would recommend Extraroom Pacifico!!

I was very relieved to find such a good facility to store my stuff in between visiting Madrid and deciding to come back for a longer stay. The manager, (?Christian) was very helpful, calm, proactive and explained everything very clearly, notwithstanding my español todavía falta mucho! Everything is super-clean, well-organized, and easy-to-use. One, I suppose minor, but irritating problem. When I came back to pick up my stuff and leave some other stuff, I deliberately went at an hour I knew the office would be open because I had left the contract, etc. in the storage space rather than schlep it around South America. Except the office wasn’t open; there was just a note on the gate, giving new (reduced) hours! Perhaps just for the summer? But I think the change should have been on their website (which I had checked) and a broadcast email sent out with the changed schedule. Ditto for any changes and when things change back. So I got stressed out and couldn’t remember my PIN because I couldn’t remember how many digits it had. In the end, a member of staff helped me out, but it wasn’t ideal. I thought I had had a round-trip taxi ride and raised blood pressure for nothing. Plus the extra cost of the taxi driver hanging around to try and help sort the situation out. Perhaps they could indicate near the keypad ‘Please enter your six-digit PIN’ or whatever, as opposed to just ‘Please Enter your PI’. Just a suggestion. But most important, please could they keep their otherwise excellent website up to date.
