2 years agoThe facilities are spotless. They have a wide range of sizes and are very affordable. It's easily accessible 24/7, and you can drive in to load and unload, which is a real advantage when you're moving. The service is outstanding; Alex was very friendly from the first contact and made the whole process easy. I will definitely choose them again when I need this service.

6 months agoThe facilities are very good. Very easy access and plenty of storage options. Alex, who manages the facility, is lovely and always willing to help. The downside is that the contract states they can raise the price every six months by any amount they deem appropriate. You might find yourself facing a 20% increase every six months, and don't even bother asking why because, in the best-case scenario, they won't answer, and in the worst, they'll tell you it's simply because they feel like it, since the contract allows it and they're under no obligation to notify you or explain. The people at the main office are incredibly arrogant. And if you vacate the storage unit, forget about getting your deposit back after 60 days unless you claim it. They always "forget."
