Very professional and complete moving over sea. Very good and constant communication between other companies.
The company is very professional. Everything went flawlessly. It's easy to work with kind and well trained stuff. I honestly recommend.
I had a good impression of this company, but it's turning out to be a horrible experience. I moved in September, and some of my furniture was damaged. I filed a claim, providing all the documentation they requested (photos, invoices, detailed inventory for the insurance company, etc.), and to this day, I'm still in the same situation. The worst part is that you email thousands of people, and NO ONE ANSWERS. GIL STAUFFER, I'm sorry to see your reputation tarnished by this. I had a good opinion of you. Please, can you handle my claim and compensate me for the damages? Thank you very much.
There isn't enough space here to recount everything that's happened to me with this company. It all started when we asked them to adjust the moving price to fit our budget: €5,000 for a 20-foot container. They even sent three people to check that my belongings would fit. On moving day, a third of my things wouldn't fit, and they refused to take responsibility. I had to go to their office in person to get them to honor the contract, as they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to emails. After they wrecked the bottom of my stairs during the move, I had to pay a €300 deductible for their insurance policy—"they destroy it, I pay." Things weren't much better in Tenerife: dents in walls, damaged doors and furniture, blinds without packaging that were ready for the trash... I don't know what else to say. They don't answer the phone, and when they do, the sales reps call you nasty and make sure you can't get in touch with your husband... and I don't know what else. I hope this testimonial and others like it will help you when considering hiring this company. Thank you.
The move itself was fine. The problem was claiming for what they broke... what if the insurance company asks for this... the insurance company asks for that... a month on this... I hope the issue of the broken things that can't be fixed is resolved... Today, September 15, I'm removing all the stars possible... A new email tells me that I absolutely must get a repair invoice for the damaged items... LET'S SEE... THEY DON'T understand that if a table from the late 19th century breaks... there's no replacement possible and the repair would be expensive and would involve very busy restorers... even to assess the damage... And the same thing happens with the part for a three-disc home cinema DVD... the part for the cassette CAN'T BE OBTAINED... what doesn't the insurance company understand??? The usual... get paid if... pay late and poorly!! Thank goodness I have a great lawyer... and lots of free time. Almost two months later, after submitting ALL the requested reports, they told me that the old furniture, since it wasn't itemized, is NOT covered by insurance, and the stereo has a €150 deductible. Honestly, no one told me this. A total waste of time. MAGENS did my previous move, and I had no problems at all. It was a bit more expensive, but it was worth it, really.
