After reading the response full of lies, I feel compelled to publish photos of the damage I found when I went to retrieve my belongings after they had been in their care and custody for over two years. It's worth mentioning that they were moved to another location without my knowledge. In none of the many conversations I had with them (mainly with the woman, since we developed a close relationship; I even went there on occasion to ask about her mother's health, to see how everything was going, etc.) was I ever told that they had moved, not even about a hailstorm or anything like that. Perhaps the premises flooded and my mysteriously vanished boxes were ruined? Anything is possible in this life, who knows? THEY OFFERED ME MONEY AS COMPENSATION FOR A REASON. I NAIVELY THOUGHT THEY WOULD TURN UP AND I REFUSED IT. I'm not keeping quiet anymore; I'm going to tell the truth. Karma comes for everyone. Regarding how my belongings arrived, they arrived in 3 days, perfectly agreed upon with Lili, on the date and time, packed in boxes and wrapped in bubble wrap. SHE INSTRUCTED ME TO DO THIS AND THAT THE RECEIVING COMPANY WOULD STORAGE THEM LATER. This has nothing to do with your completely false "justifications." You weren't there on any of those days because you were traveling. And regarding the professionals who handled my move, I RESPECT them; it's A reputable COMPANY, WHICH YOU HIRE FOR WORK. I know for a fact that many of the comments here are NOT from customers, who care a lot about what others think, so get your act together. In the photos, you can see slats from a wardrobe that were returned to me covered in paint and cement; one of them even had a hole in it. The owner himself took it away to have it "fixed" haphazardly because some construction worker had used it without knowing—a disgrace. No dented boxes??? Not only dented, but the dishes inside were shattered. And I won't go on. I hope they have much success, but for me, it's a disappointment as a business, but above all, in terms of customer service.
