The employees were punctual, friendly, and very professional at every stage of the process. They worked with great care to ensure my belongings arrived in perfect condition, demonstrating incredible efficiency and attention to detail. Furthermore, they not only did their job effectively, but were also very polite and patient, answering all my questions and making the experience much easier and more enjoyable. 10 months agoTerrible experience. They gave me a quote, which I accepted, and I paid the percentage they asked for to reserve the date. Since they didn't reply and the agreed-upon date was approaching, I called them, and they told me they hadn't received my email but had received the money. Then they told me I had to pay an extra €300 because the pickup would take two days, not one as they'd told me. Given the time constraints, I had to accept. I reported several damages, but they didn't reply. I had to email them again, and then they told me they weren't responsible for the damage because the workers said they didn't cause it and that I could have purchased comprehensive insurance, but I didn't. I sent an email to their headquarters, and they haven't even responded. I've known this company for over 40 years, and it was one of the best in Spain, which is why I chose it, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

a year agoWhen I hired their services, they told me they would pack the dresser drawers and use special boxes to move clothes on hangers to the closets in the new apartment. Moving day arrived, and they did neither, and even "forgot" a mirror in the apartment. It was appalling. When I called to ask for an explanation, they told me there had been a stock shortage and they didn't have the special boxes for hangers that day—something they hadn't even been informed about! A huge disappointment, and we've had to spend many extra hours on the move because of the company's unprofessionalism. They don't seem to care about my dissatisfaction and their broken promises, as after several weeks they haven't even bothered to respond to my complaint.

a year agoUnprofessional, they don't respect common areas, you complain by phone and they don't resolve anything, they park wherever they want without permission and don't respect neighbors, they invade private parking with two trucks and they don't care what you say, at least they were parked there from 2 pm to 7 pm, let's see when they remove the trucks or we'll have to report them to the police, although it seems they don't care about anything
