3 months agoWe transported some professional musical instruments and other items with them, taking out very high insurance coverage, and the transport was a disaster. After promising they wouldn't move the cargo, the instruments arrived in a van, all piled up and crammed together haphazardly. Some instruments are damaged as a result of this mishandling, and customer service refuses to take responsibility despite the insurance. Furthermore, they lost an electric bicycle and a piano somewhere in Central Europe and took a month to return them… not recommended at all.

a year agoI couldn't be more disappointed with La Seda: after several months in storage, my clothes arrived extremely wrinkled: suits meant for four wardrobe boxes crammed into two, and shirts in a single small, ordinary box, completely crumpled. Furthermore, a valuable work of art arrived unpacked and quite damaged at the edges. I filed a claim for damages, but they refused to help: their insurance doesn't cover wrinkles. I'll be spending a few hours ironing.
