We're extremely happy with this company's service. Fast, efficient, and gentle with our furniture—simply wonderful! Thank you so much for your service. 100% recommended! Always attentive and solving problems as they arise, they make everything so easy. Thank you so much! 😊🫂
Excellent moving service Hiring them was the best decision for my move. From the very beginning, the team was professional, punctual, and very careful with my belongings. They packed everything carefully, protected the furniture, and made the move seamless. They were also friendly and answered all my questions quickly. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress-free and confident move. They're a 10/10.
I must highlight the professionalism and kindness of their staff. It was a nerve-wracking two days with a big move, and each and every one of them was incredibly patient, smiling, and did a delicate and professional job, packing every piece of furniture and every item with the utmost care, as if it were their own. Highly recommended if you need a large move or a small package, both locally and nationally. Thank you guys for making this life change so easy and enjoyable.
I was completely happy with the services of Eurosevilla which is a big thing considering that all moves are stressful. This was already our 5th whole household move in the last roughly 10 years and I would rank them among the top 2. It was also extremely helpful that their team leader spoke perfect English. Professional, efficient and honest service. I recommend them 100%.
At first, I thought the company was very formal, and that's why I hired them... WHAT A MISTAKE!!! First, the manager came to give the estimate and see everything they needed to move. He gave me the choice of packing it or me. I decided to do it myself, and they didn't give me any guidelines, advice, materials, or instructions for doing it. Moving day arrived, and the first thing they did was complain about the number of plants I had in the yard (something the manager had already pointed out). I forgot to take down a curtain, and I asked for MY ladder, which they were using (plus they started using my bubble wrap without asking) to take it down, and I insisted they take the rods with them. Well, they left the rods hanging, along with another item I asked them to take, and they moved out of the way so I wouldn't notice. Before they dropped off all the plants at the new apartment, I asked the manager to tell his colleagues to leave them in a specific spot in the yard... His response was, "They'll leave them somewhere out of the way, and when we bring the furniture (several days later), we'll put them wherever you tell us." When I arrived two days later to water the plants, they had bent a tall plant and it was starting to dry out. They had piled up small plants in boxes, and when I got to the house, they hadn't taken them out. This ruined expensive, old plants. Not only did they place them in a busy area in full sun, but they also bothered the previous tenants who had bothered them when they moved in. I complained to the manager in person when I brought the furniture to the new apartment about bending the plant, as well as the pots they had left in the boxes. His response was that it was a tall plant and wouldn't fit in the van, and since the plants were small, they had to transport them in boxes because they couldn't be carried by hand. I told them that if they had to break or bend anything to fit it in the van (which shouldn't happen because they'd already come to see the plants and knew the measurements), they should let me know, and I'd decide what to do. Regarding the boxes, I told them that if they're transporting them this way for their convenience, they'll take them out of the boxes when they get to their location. Their response was, "I'm not a gardener." Well, don't offer that plant-moving service. No one asked you to plant a pot for me. Your job is to move them and put them where I tell you, not to be a gardener. And you haven't even done that. When I complained about the bars being forgotten, the manager, Fabián, called me and rudely said that the boxes they'd used were either very poor quality or too heavy. Without even letting me speak. Straight up attacking. I told him they'd scratched the living room and entry doors when I moved the sofa, and his response was, "It's just that the sofa is too big." He was all kicking the can down the road, hiding behind things I hadn't told him. He directly attacked me, saying, "You're all the same; the moment you move, you're already looking to call the insurance company," when I never once asked for repairs or anything financial. To top it all off, he told me to take down the bars myself, because they would come pick them up the next day... After waiting all morning in a house that no longer belonged to me, I called to ask when they were coming, and he said no, that he didn't have time, and that they would pick it up on Monday afternoon. I told him I didn't have the keys on Monday and that the new owners wouldn't be there, and he literally told me to figure it out. So I had to bother some neighbors. And finally, several boxes I classified as fragile arrived crushed and with white tape from them for having put that seal on them. And the excuse is that the boxes were soft. They were gentleman boxes. You're a shipping company that should know how to place and handle any type of box. Don't pass the buck by blaming the customer. Shameful!!! Anyway. Several neighbors and friends are moving in the coming months, and of course I've told them about my experience.
