We agreed a price over WhatsApp, when I wanted to get the deal done they didn’t respond and there was no communication until I had to message again the next day. They then sent me the contract to sign and when I read it they had increased the price without telling me, luckily I read the contract and messaged them and they said they couldn’t do anything as the price had changed depending on availability even though they had delayed it themselves and didn’t respond to me. I have already paid the first month and now they are not responding to me to resolve the issue or offer any resolution. I see from reviews they apologise to people but have no action in actually taking responsibility and fixing their problems.

They booked me a space over the phone, charged money, when I arrived in 1 hour there was no space as it was double booked. Staff don’t speak English

Don’t trust them. They change the prices, keep information from you, charge you for extra expenses without your consent and change staff so that they ‘cannot confirm’ what was promised. The also added charges that we did not agree to or were not informed about when their moving company partner moved our boxes saying that our boxes were too large.
