a year agoWe had an amazing storage experience with BlueSpace. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We rented a unit for one month, and two days before the rental period ended, we retrieved our belongings. They even offered to refund the fee for the two unused days. This is truly a customer-focused company. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and highly secure. I highly recommend it to everyone.

a year agoThe facility is not safe, do not be misguided by their polite replies here. Their priority is taking your money, not safety or service. We were robbed here and employees don't care. They even don't believe you, if you didn't make a photo of your belongings inside they consider you have no proof. Read more reviews, it's systematic problem here.

a year agoMy box was robbed here. Fortunately I didn’t keep there much. But I was going to leave there almost all my belongings when I found out that the storage is not secure. The lock was intact and there were no signs of tempering outside. I only didn’t find my winter closes that I was keeping there. It looks like someone had enough time and free access to the box to break the key code. And it happened only because all the outside doors are wide open all day long and literally anyone can enter and do whatever they want! The management is not professional! The system is not safe even with all those video cameras. The insurance can only cover 2000€. And you need to prove that you kept there anything valuable. So if you are robbed here like us nobody helps you.
