I highly recommend being very persistent and making sure that a provisional reservation is actually made if you need it urgently and with a specific deadline, as their schedule fills up quickly and you could be left hanging. Even if you hear them note down a provisional reservation, it can easily be forgotten because they'll later tell you they don't confirm the booking until they've made the first visit and the estimate has been approved. They could inform you and suggest a deposit to reserve the space or something similar. It was a phone conversation, so based on my terrible experience, I recommend getting it in writing because you could end up completely stranded, as happened to me. This needs improvement. I don't know if it was an oversight or if perhaps a more attractive move came along. It was urgent because they moved up the date of my home renovation. I was counting on this after our conversation, and they caused a great deal of inconvenience by not informing me properly.

I had a move done, they showed up, they didn't want to take the furniture, they said they weren't in the budget, they're all lies, I called the office and they passed the buck to each other. You ask them to move anything, they just tell you it's not in the budget. They charge you an hour and then they want to stay for half an hour, ugh. Some of them aren't wearing masks and only talk to each other to distribute the things you don't want them to take, but they still charge you for the dumpster. Never do anything with them again.
