This is the second time I've rented a storage unit from them (the first was in Madrid-Barajas) and, as usual, the service was excellent, with clear and precise directions, and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Perfect facilities. Additional transportation equipment available. Recommended. The only thing to keep in mind is that the discounts expire after a certain time. I wasn't warned, so after a certain time, I had to file a complaint. They handled the complaint without any problems.

As already mentioned in a previous post, I can confirm that everything was easy and pleasant at first. I had to complete all the paperwork by phone and email since I was outside of Valladolid. When we arrived with the moving truck, "the worker" (which I'll explain shortly) couldn't tell us where my storage unit was or anything else, apart from the little she said in a tone of "you're bothering me." While there, we noticed that the fire safety system consisted of several extinguishers in the hallways. If something really happens, we'd have to figure out who would use them all to prevent it from getting worse. Their bathrooms or restrooms consist of one toilet bowl that's always dirty, one sink, one full wastebasket, and no toilet paper or hand paper. This isn't just a one-day experience, and I have photos. On some occasions, I've found "the worker" exercising on a treadmill in the "office" or with a beach towel on each side and her feet on the desk. In September of this year, they charged me €151 just like that. I contacted the "worker in Valladolid" by email, since, given what I've seen, I'd rather have it that way. She didn't resolve any issues, so I called the central office in Madrid the next day. A very nice girl, Marta, told me that it was indeed a mistake and that they would refund me €120 starting September 20th. I find it incredible that I have to wait almost a month for my own money due to their mistake. I informed them in due time that my contract was up on the 30th, and at the beginning of October, they sent me an email with the "settlement," for which I asked for explanations up to three times and am still waiting. Supposedly, they have to refund me €4 and something, and from the beginning of October, I have to wait two months until after November 20th. The company or its franchise in Valladolid is incredible. I don't recommend it at all. Look for other companies that don't cause problems, just make things easier, and are in the same industrial estate.

They sell it as a very nice deal, but it's not that nice. When signing a contract, everything is easy and pleasant, but when it comes to canceling the contract, it's all obstacles. You have to give 7 days' notice, okay? They say they'll send you the documentation within those 7 days to sign, and once that's done, they'll refund you the days you haven't used the storage unit, for the entire month you've already paid for. My cancellation date expired 3 days ago (10 days since I notified them of my cancellation), but they still haven't sent me the documentation to sign the cancellation or the refund for the days paid for and unused. You call, a voicemail comes up, and either they don't answer and it hangs up, or another voicemail comes up saying they're busy and it hangs up. When they pick it up and spend several minutes looking at your file, the sound starts to cut out, like in the movies when they pretend to be cut off because they don't want to talk (if it weren't something serious, I swear I'd burst out laughing). Just when you manage to understand something, it turns out that person doesn't have the sick leave and has to pass it on to someone else, who then calls you to confirm you've received it. And so the hours go by, and it doesn't arrive, or they call, or anything. I still haven't signed the cancellation or received my money. THINGS THEY DON'T TELL YOU and that you have to keep in mind (because it's in the contract): Cancellation fees: €6 + VAT Time it takes to refund your paid but unused balance: 2 months. Facilities: Access to the warehouse is on a ramp, with a significant slope, which makes loading and unloading certain items quite difficult. Cleaning? In spring, the warehouse is full of pollen and lint. It hasn't been cleaned like this for almost a month. The entrance hallways and the inside of the storage room are full of pollen and lint because the ceiling is made of braided wire, and everything gets in. Putting all the dirty belongings in there. I could go on, but I'm not going to waste any more time. Honestly, I wouldn't hire them again, nor do I recommend them. EDIT: Once I received the documentation, it arrived with the payment for the remaining days miscalculated and the communication date incorrectly indicated. The second time it arrived, it was fine. It's another matter of how they balance the payment, which is completely unfounded and a real shame. Now I have to wait two months for my money back. Anyway, pathetic.
