2 years agoMy husband rented a storage unit with them and it was all very easy. We visited to sign the contract and the guy who helped us explained everything very clearly and was very friendly. The storage units are a great price and right below my apartment. Definitely a good choice, I would recommend it to everyone in the neighborhood!

5 months agoI think it's terrible that they don't state more clearly that the monthly rent is extended by default, unless buried in a 22-page document. Furthermore, they require a minimum 15-day notice, which is clearly an abusive clause for a one-month period. I won't be doing business with them again.
