11 months agoI had left a very good review of my experience at this place until yesterday when I found out that, after having notified them well in advance that I would be leaving on the second day of March, I asked when and how I could leave. The person who helped me told me to just take a picture of the vacated space and send it, and then they would cancel my account. Well, I was shocked to find that they had debited my account for two months' worth of payments, and my account is still active. They are shameless! I don't recommend this place to anyone; they are crooks who take advantage of people. Next to my storage unit door, there was always accumulated trash as if someone were going to eat there—loads of tangerines, bags of chips, among other things—and they never cleaned it during the month I was there. A woman who lived in one of the storage units seemed to live there because she even had a dog inside with her. She played music and talked to herself; she even scared me when I went there. Disgusting!

11 months agoThey don't tell you that you don't have money in the account, they leave it like that for days and they block the door until I pay 20 more and a stove.
