I signed up less than a month ago. So far, so good. I hadn't moved anything in yet, and I called on a holiday, and because I was new, they let me move things in that holiday. But you have to call before the holiday to be able to move things to your storage unit. And I really appreciated their helpfulness. Thanks!!! Due to moving, I had to leave this storage unit about a month ago. Honestly, I was very comfortable there; they always treated me very well and they deliver on their promises and honor the deposit. I recommend them 100%. Thanks!!! ;)
