I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service I received. The moving company left me hanging on the agreed date, causing me a huge inconvenience and a considerable waste of time. As if that weren't enough, they gave me a quote of €250 + VAT, but they finally gave me a new quote of €550 + VAT, which was more than double the amount they had initially quoted. This lack of seriousness, professionalism, and transparency is unacceptable, as we rely on these services precisely to avoid organizational problems and unforeseen costs.

I hired their services, and it couldn't have gone worse. They gave me a quote when they came to my home and saw everything I had in a 100m2 apartment, with three bedrooms, bathrooms, a living/dining room, and a kitchen. I paid half the agreed-upon price for a move from Vigo to Coruña. When I arrived at the address on the day of the move, with everything already packed by me, two people in charge of moving the furniture arrived and, upon seeing it, told me it was a different quote (€400 more). Since everything was already arranged with all the stress that comes with the move (December 27th), and I had to leave the apartment on December 29th, I had no choice but to accept it, expressing my disagreement since it wasn't what they had originally estimated, provided by someone other than the one who came to do the move or manage it. It certainly wasn't my fault that the quote wasn't calculated correctly. During the move to Coruña, they piled up boxes I'd packed myself, differentiating between fragile and heavy items, mixing them all up, and stacking them in a single room. As a result, I broke a set of dishes valued at approximately €210 and a cocktail glass worth €39, the current prices marked at the store where I bought them. In addition, the owner of the apartment and building in Vigo has complained about damage to the stairs, door frames, walls, and so on, as it was a home without an elevator. I've filed a complaint with Movitran about this and have so far received no response. I will file a formal complaint for everything that happened, and the owner will file a criminal complaint. Keep this in mind if you hire their services, as in my case, I'm experiencing all these inconveniences, and the price hasn't come out cheap, unlike what was originally agreed.
