a year agoThe storage room is clean and in very good condition. They have a security system with cameras and alarms. The rental can be done very easily from the website, and everything (including the building access password) can be accessed from there. I would only recommend that you check the building map when renting. There are storage rooms on different levels. I didn't notice, and mine was on an upper floor and had to be climbed some stairs to reach it. It was my fault for not paying attention, but when carrying heavy boxes, the distance was noticeable.

2 years agoThe storage room is good, affordable compared to what I've seen. I'm not giving it five stars because it doesn't have good access. It's fine for parking, but to access the storage room, there's a ramp that can't be used and some very steep stairs. It's impossible for me to pay through their website. I can't find the customer area and I have to send a transfer. Otherwise, it's very good and the service is great.

3 years agoThe relationship with the managers was very good. They were very helpful and provided all the necessary information. And the price was much cheaper than anything I've seen in Vigo.

2 years agoThe storage units are fine, but access is terrible: a long, steep staircase and a ramp that's impossible to use. In fact, there's a sign posted by the company itself advising against using it. Going up and down with things you're storing or retrieving is very difficult.
