You can't imagine how sorry I am for having put myself in the hands of this company. It's by far the worst experience I've had in my professional life. The owner, Raul, is truly rude and arrogant. When problems arise, he stops answering the phone, doesn't reply to emails, and doesn't show up. If you hire a storage center, you're in for a real nightmare. I've never seen anything less professional in my life. Unpaid clients, unpaid invoices that the team marks as paid, they never answer the phone, etc. Furthermore, their technical service is deplorable. Any problem you have with opening any lock, you'll have to find a way to resolve it and be able to provide service to your customers. If you're interested in setting up a storage center and have even thought about contacting this company, I invite you to contact me, and I'll show you, along with documents, how they treat you and what the real service they offer is. With them, you can forget about guarantees and responsibility for the work. However, if you don't pay all the bills they claim, they'll start threatening to shut down the center.
