8 months agoI've been a user of TKB's facilities for three years. First of all, I want to thank the TKB team for their excellent service! They're always attentive. The facilities are great; they have everything you need, spacious parking spaces, and everything is generally well-maintained. It's true that the price is a bit higher than other places in the area, but the services they provide and the location make it worthwhile. I once had a problem with the jump starter on a Sunday at midday, and they helped me over the phone and, of course, resolved the issue. If you're looking for a place to store your campervan and don't mind spending a little more, this is undoubtedly the best place in Álava.

3 years agoGood place to store your motorcycle in the available garages. One area for improvement would be to offer a power outlet in the garages so you can connect a battery charger and/or maintainer.

2 years agoThe plot and services are fine, but things get complicated when you want to terminate the contract. Read all the clauses carefully before signing. To leave before the year is up, you have to find someone to transfer your contract to, and they have a very long waiting list and don't make it easy for you. Even the sales agents give you different information, favoring what's most convenient for them.
