a year agoAbsolutely recommended. Professional, fast service, no wonder that they have only 5 star ratings. We needed a small storage space only for a couple of weeks while we were moving to Spain and we are so grateful to Pablo to make our moving smooth and effortless.

a year agoThe service from Pablo is second to none! Don't look anywhere else in Madrid for storage solutions - the administrative part was quick and efficient, communication was instant and straightforward and coordinating with transport was more than I could have hoped for. I'm not sure I've ever had a better customer service experience - truly. Practically the location is also accesible by public transport (bus and local train) from downtown for those who dont drive, and the unit itself is modern and well maintained. Thank you to Pablo for helping this guy move.

4 months agoWhat can I say? Over the phone, I received friendly service, and today in person, Romina was warm, super friendly, and explained everything to make me feel comfortable. Good parking, and the entire building was very clean and bright. I booked a storage room without hesitation. I should add that they have everything from the outside, the office, the hallways, the elevator, and the parking lot decorated for Halloween! It's nice to be greeted like that.

3 months agoAs soon as we walked through the door, the girls were delightful. They introduced us to their services and listened to our needs at all times. We went looking for a storage unit and ended up with STORAGE ROOM AND GARAGE SPACE. The facilities are perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

4 months agoI had an excellent experience with HOMEBOX! The booking process was incredibly fast and easy — I arranged everything from the Czech Republic. I was in touch with Pablo, who was extremely helpful. When my boxes arrived at the storage unit, Pablo took care of everything for me. He even placed the boxes in the unit himself and sent me a video along with clear instructions. I highly recommend them! Thank you again!

11 months agoThis is the worst service in Barcelona! I tried to rent a storage space, and they sent me a payment link. However, every time I tried to pay, it kept getting declined due to an "operational issue." Just minutes after sending me the payment link, customer service informed me that the location was full and that I couldn't get a storage unit. When I asked if they had availability at other locations, they said yes and even shared an alternative location. But after that, they completely stopped responding to my messages and calls. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional—they simply ignore customers! Absolutely not recommended!

2 years agoI was a customer for over two years, and at first everything was wonderful, until I requested a change to a smaller storage unit. Eugenia put me on an "imaginary waiting list." I saw people coming and going from storage units the size I had requested. This went on for three months. I complained, but Eugenia told me I was still on the list and that, given the price I was paying for my current unit, it was better for me to stay... (comparing prices with my neighbors, I was paying the normal rate). I pretended to be a new customer (through the Homebox website), and surprise, there I found what I needed. Aside from that, the day they changed the key card for the entrance door, she made me go twice to get it because she had given me the wrong one. In short: very good location and maintenance, but Eugenia is unprofessional and disorganized. I'm still waiting for the email she promised to cancel my membership.

4 years agoTerrible experience at Homebox since COVID. Between times that are not 24/7 ( we are in 2021 and accesses are with codes, but still, access is restricted to specific hours), and the customer service which is absolutely deplorable. Few things make me lose my temper, but congratulations Homebox, you are now one of them. The access was declined without prior notice, due to a payment problem (how to pay an invoice you don't receive?), leaving me with no other choice than waiting more than 48h to restore access because staff wasn't there until then. Run away
