Excellent customer service in C/ Caracas, receptionist Desiree assisted me first and left a very good impression, she showed me spaces without any pressure but all attentiveness just before closing time. She made me feel valued customer not yet even signed contract and a very good deal, sent to my phone and email the offer to decide. I went back to finalise the reservation got assisted by Ana Karina, showed me another space bigger. Then I came back for signing contract which I’ve met with Mariana who have been messaging and answering my phone queries even before I went to their office. The whole experience was made so easily by these ladies. Other companies I’ve asked and contacted is nothing compared to the Oh my box. The website is interactive and complete but the viewing is real with real people helping. Highly recommended👍

I had the best experience with Oh my Box on street Caracas 5, the facility is clean, the staff was so nice and fast, in 10 minutes organized renting contract for me and even help me to bring my boxes to my space, big thank you!

I am moving internationally and needed to store some belongings for a few days until a moving truck could come and collect them. I cannot emphasize enough how professional, kind and helpful the staff are here at the Marina location. I want to give a special thanks to Fabiana, who assisted me over the phone, coordinated a moving truck to collect my belongings and gave me so much peace of mind (even a few laughs) during this stressful period. She really went above and beyond to to make sure all my needs were taken care of and accommodate give the best contract possible. Her kindness and helpfulness really marked me. If ever you need a storage facility- try here! You will not regret it. 10/10 excellent experience.
