I couldn't pay for a few months, and not only did they keep everything (supposedly for charity), but I also lost hundreds of photos and memories I'd kept for years. And I still don't know what will happen to the photos of my daughter when she was little. I don't recommend it.

Extra expenses and poor communication. They forgot the parking permits for the contracted date after we paid €700 in advance. They notified us two days beforehand in a way that made it seem like it was our fault. We informed our previous tenants that we were moving out today...imagine their surprise! We fulfilled the contract to the letter. I have a medical condition now and can't manage the boxes at all, and the stress didn't help. Thanks to the Marketing team, we finally have the reservation for today. But: they didn't inform the movers that the elevator wasn't working in the building. It's a new build, on the 4th floor...poor guys, really! They helped us as much as they could. The movers did a great job.

The level of filth is unbearable. I've attached a photo from yesterday. I don't feel safe when I go in either. Every time I've been there, people have been coming and going, smoking something that smells horrible and blasting music on their phones. Uncivilized behavior. Furthermore, there's no access door for people; you have to use the vehicle entrance, so since it opens so slowly, anyone can walk in behind you. I called BlueSpace months ago, and they did nothing.
