Horrible. The automatic door doesn't open, and no one answers the phone on the customer service line. It's definitely not reliable, as you might go to get something and the door won't open... good luck! At least, that's been my experience.

It doesn't let you unsubscribe from the website and when you call, no one answers, meanwhile, they keep charging me...

False advertising. They don't meet the advertised measurements. Before arriving, I specifically called to confirm the storage unit measurements. They assured me they had: Storage room no. 7 Height 250 Depth 1.3 m Width 2.5 m = 3.2 m = €72.60. This one has one column in both width and height, which means it's even lower. Storage room no. 113 Height 250 Depth 1.25 m Width 2.8 m = 3.5 m = €77.44. This one has an air conditioning duct, which makes it even lower. Well, this week I showed up at the facility with a measuring tape in hand and personally verified that none of this is true. They advertise that the storage units are 2.50 m high, but the reality is that they're barely 2.15 m high. The width, according to the advertisement, is 1.30 m, but it's actually 1.15 m, and the depth doesn't match either. In other words, you're paying for 3.20 m or 3.50 m² when the actual space isn't even 2.70 m². I measured the two remaining storage units available, and neither met the advertised price. I filed a complaint, and they told me they wouldn't adjust the price or correct the measurements because "here in Terrassa, the height is 2.15 m" and that the advertised measurements are only indicative. Indicative? A difference of 35 cm in height and 15 cm in width isn't a small margin; it's a deception. They charge by the meter, but they don't give you the square footage they advertise. It's a clear case of false advertising. I don't recommend it at all.
