These people don't seem to accept CRITICISM, which is why the account I'm using to write this review is not associated with this company, so as to avoid retaliation, which I'm not worried about, to be honest. .1-I did not like renting a boxer at this place and I partially agree with the review that explains that there is no one there if you have a problem such as with the access code, I had to wait until the next day for them to be in the offices to solve it and being able to enter is tremendous, in July and August you could not enter where the boxers because it was like an oven, there is no ventilation with the risk of fire if there are flammable materials or liquids in the boxers, you do not know what is stored inside, they explained to me that there is a place to wash the vehicles but it is almost always occupied by a van, the same vehicle is always there I think it belongs to the company, meaning you cannot use the hose because it is not enough, I had to wash it in the self-service, I also confirm that the times I have entered the bathroom it was dirty with papers on the floor and stained with pee, I also had to do my needs in the self-service station, they are not the most economical as they say. I am unhappy!

THEY'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY I do not recommend this company. Every 6 months they raise my bill. It's the worst I've ever seen in this field. Keep in mind that the bill is received as (JAMONES SALAS), which the same company takes advantage of in the commercial sphere. I don't know to what extent it borders on illegality. The facility is left unattended and unstaffed throughout the day. It's clear they're not very clean; they've neglected the facility. The bathroom is a disgrace, a mess, and the trash can is always overflowing. They regularly send emails announcing that the facilities are closed on weekends due to maintenance work (SCAM). The alarm only goes off for part of the day and night. It's very annoying to be surrounded by that siren 🚨, and it doesn't give you any security. The maintenance staff are never there; they spend more time at the bar in the industrial estate than on the premises, and if you want to contact them, they don't pick up the phone. Don't keep your caravan inside. They've damaged it inside and they refuse to cooperate with the cameras. REPORTED
