Bluespace Bolueta – trasteros en Bolueta

Very poor service from a Bluespace employee. He was very unfriendly. We were moving from Barcelona, ​​and because our truck was parked at the entrance, he spoke to us rudely. Everyone deserves respect, and the way he spoke to us was unacceptable. I'm giving him a negative rating for poor service.

I've had a storage unit with Bluespace Bolueta since the end of June 2025. Since the second month (August), I've reported humidity and mouse problems on the premises. I've been asking for a solution. Not only have they responded that they don't recognize the humidity problem, but they don't measure it! They claim not to have hygrometers and have no interest in solving the problems. I've attached photos to demonstrate a) the holes made by rodents in the boxes (be careful! I don't have food stored in the boxes) and b) the fabrics on the chairs and wooden furniture have been infested with fungus, as a result of the humidity. I hope that once this complaint is public, they'll be a little more interested in solving their problems. If you're going to be a new customer, ask for humidity data with a hygrometer. Don't let them put you in apartments that have problems (mine is -1).
