3 months agoPerfect service! I had my belongings in their storage unit in Alcobendas for a few months and they also helped me move. Everything was perfect. Everyone was very nice, especially Pablo.

Many thanks also to the other colleagues in the office (I don't know their names). The move was phenomenal and perfect, thanks to the two BlueSpace movers, who couldn't have handled it better or with more care. Superb service.

a month agoIt's a very useful service, and they really do have it very well organized. However, in my experience, I have to say they took advantage of me. While I was clearing out my space over several weekends, I kept asking how to proceed with the cancellation, as I would have it empty before December 31st to avoid paying more. The replies were always very helpful, saying there was no problem, that the cancellation could be processed through the app or by phone, and there were no issues whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but "following their rules," when I went on the 23rd to tell them the space was available, they informed me that I would then have to wait 15 days, with the corresponding fee. They say it's in their rules, and I don't doubt it, but I think they should have mentioned this at some point during our discussions. Next time, I'll try another company to see the results. I'm sorry to say, but I won't be using them again. I hope I've explained myself clearly. Thank you and Happy Holidays
