Although you can’t contract the service fully online, which would have been much easier for us, the experience contracting by phone was very streamlined, and the contact person, Carlos, was such a sweetheart. The price is very reasonable, and the facilities seem easy to access with flexible schedules. Low availability, but it worked out in the end.

Wonderful experience so far. The easiness of the contract process and the way I was treated, and advised, shoes that it is a well stablished operator, that knows very well its business and that is key, as I’ve been moving from other places, which always have hidden fees or after X amount of time rack up the price and they play with your desire or lack of it, of moving stuff again to charge more. This one is straight forward, and my transition was seem less. Also, the height of the storage rooms is significantly more than the average in the market so looking at it from m3 vs m2, its a no brainer (if you have tall large items)
