I rented storage unit 19. I think it's terrible that the gate doesn't work on weekends. Those of us who use the facilities properly (myself included) aren't to blame for those who don't. I believe there are security cameras on the premises, so they'll be monitoring everyone. Issue fines if necessary, and if that doesn't work, expel those who misuse the facilities. I pay religiously for quality service, and if the gate doesn't work on weekends because of a few irresponsible people, it's not everyone else's problem. Thank you.

Very bad, I took it through the Oropio parking lot and inside so I could load and unload what I have in the storage room and it turns out that on weekends it is not operational so I have to look for parking outside and the load is heavy, I will look for another storage room and it is not worth it for me to be like this.

They have the vehicle access gate disabled on weekends, Friday afternoons, and holidays. So you have to enter and exit through the pedestrian gate with your luggage, and ideally, park your car in a yellow zone. They'll grant access if you notify them in advance, but what if I suddenly need to pick something up on a Saturday afternoon? However, I haven't seen any discount on the monthly fee. I hope to leave soon, but if I ever need a similar service, I'll look for another one with better access. I hope my experience is helpful to someone. Best regards.
