We were very happy with the moving service we hired. The service we received from Bestriz and the people who came to our house to pack everything was exceptional. They were very careful packing all the furniture, as it will be in storage for several months. They were punctual, fast, and efficient. They took care of absolutely everything. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, excellent , 7 star ! My wife and I moved to Gijón from California on september and our experience doing it was very intense due to the Covid19 situation, our trips got cancelled a couple of times and the container dates got moved several times, we had to rearrange our plans and at the end we decided to travel before we shipped the goods, had no choice that placed some heavy anxiety on us since we weren"t sure of anything anymore, and our entire home was far away from us in a container with a shady company, I contacted Dock d_space on Jan 2019 before the Covid situation started to ask for their rates and availability, Victor was very informative and patiently asked all my questions over the phone, asuring me that he will help us with the whole process and they will adapt to our needs, he was very nice so that gave me some trust right from the get go. 10 months later we showed up in Gijon at the business with no notice and Victor remembered us, we explained why we did not call back we never knew when we will arrive due to all the cancellations and also we did not knew when the container was going to show up in Gijon or if it was going to be released due to the nature of the goods and customs, the first thing that came out of Beatriz mouth was, if we do not have a space for your container when arrives we will build one for you ! that took the preassure of us and inmediately we realized we were in great hands, when the container arrived the truck was able to come in right to the door of our space which made things very easy for us, no other trastero in Gijon had that kind of space where the truck could do that, I check them all, since we had 1 hour to unload before getting chraged by the freight company, Victor was there with us till we finished and offered to provide extra space or a hand if needed at any time, gave us coffe and made sure everything was ok with us, we told him that we will rent the space for a month, tried to get everything out but at the end of the month we were tired of moving boxes out in our car and we were not totally empty so he noticed we were stressing up with it and offered help with a smaller space or a truck to take the rest of the stuff to our home in one shot for a crazy affordable price, so we did get one and got out one day before the contracted date, during all our visits he will come out to say hi and check with us, I can't say enough great things about the way Victor and Beatrz conducted their business, they deserve my highest recomendation, thank you for making a horrible experience that we were having with our move to an incredible pleasant one!
