Excellent space to store your belongings, work materials, clothes... Many storage units to choose from, in different sizes and prices. It's clean, very well connected, has excellent access, and has parking spaces that even fit large vans. The opening hours are long (6:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.), the staff is very attentive, and always helpful. They sell packing materials, and I was able to return any unused boxes. There's no contract, and you only pay for the time you use the storage unit. However, you must give a week's notice before leaving, which is easy. It's insured, has video surveillance... It's a perfect place.
This is the first time I've rented a storage unit, and I didn't hesitate to choose Extraroom because their storage units are clean and well-lit. It's a pleasant place where you receive excellent service from the people in charge. I bought some of the packages and materials, and I also hired the moving service. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

I've seen similar reviews before, but I have to say it's a company that leaves a lot to be desired once you leave their storage units. I recommend the storage units next door (your storage unit), which are cheaper and offer better service. Besides being expensive, they have terrible management. I left my storage unit two months ago. I was charged not only for the previous month but also this month. I've been talking to them all this time to see if it could be resolved before the end of the month, to which they told me they would speak with the consultancy to try to resolve it before the 18th. As of today, after leaving me with no response all week, it turns out that I won't be paid the money until the 1st. Already outraged, I called and contacted a certain Andrea, who, besides being a bit rude, told me verbatim that any gap in my accounts, even if it's due to her mistake, is my problem. She invalidated everything her colleagues had told me. Terrible customer service on their part. They're supposed to be there to help, and this woman did the opposite. I don't recommend it unless you want to have arguments with them when you leave. They make excuses and don't process the paperwork properly. I left two months ago, and according to them, my termination was this month (when I have the emails from my notice and from colleagues responding to me asking if I was leaving on July 2nd). I'm not giving a 0 because it's not possible.
